By commissioning me, you agree 100% with the terms stated in the T.O.S
---General---
I do have the right to decline any commission (reason will be provided).
I have full rights over my artwork.
I accept payments via PAYPAL. CASHAPP is acceptable if discussed with artist.
No refunds.
Please do not edit/modify, or resell any of my work.
Work hours are subjective to the artist. No set hours.
---Rights & Licenses---
All artwork is for personal use only.
To use any artwork for commercial use, please discuss with me prior to requesting any artwork. Artwork for merch is drawn on a larger canvas as resizing is not an option. (NOTE - An additional fee % will be added for commercial rights.)
You as a client or any other artist does not have any right to edit any of my work. If you wish to have your artwork edited for animation(ONLY) by another artist, please ask so before doing.
---Payment & process---
Prices are in USD (United State Dollar).
Some pricing may change according to complexity of work.
Orders are completed in a first come, first serve basis. This queue order is available on my trello.
Either partial or full payment is to be made before any work is started (this includes sketching).
Within 14 days of commissioning me without pay, your order will be cancelled.
No REFUNDS.
---Time frame---
Queue is listed on trello. Regular wait time depends on position in queue.
A rough ETA is the only time frame I'm able to provide as it does depend on the complexity of order & amount of work needed to be completed for each order.
If there is any personal or technical reason I am unable to work on current order, you will be informed as soon as possible. Please note that load-shedding hours may effect work during work hours.
